We can produce unlimited patterns from standard to intricate configurations in round, square, oblong, triangle, slot, hex, oval, diamond and a broad variety of special shaped holes. We have tooling available for many different holes patterns and shapes. It is more economical to choose one of the available patterns, although special holes sizes and patterns can be accommodated at additional cost
Perforated panels are manufactured in:-
- mild steel,
- galvanized,
- aluminium and
- stainless steel – satin finish (grade 304)
Our high speed perforating press is capable of punching material in thickness ranging from 0.9 mm to 2.5 mm depending on the material chosen. Round punch hole size dimensions are from 0.2mm to 32mm in diameter. Our press is capable of punching up to 3 strokes per second.
